Spacious and Exhibition-Friendly

Ideal for international exhibitions, large-scale trade events, industry conventions, and corporate and social functions, SMX Manila offers 4 exhibition halls, 5 function rooms, and 14 meeting rooms, totaling 21,000 square meters of leasable space that can accommodate anything from an audience of 18,000 to an exclusive conference for 1o.

SMX Manila’s 4 purpose-built halls have a total floor area of 9,130 square meters, with a ceiling clearance of 9 meters and floor load capacity of 250 pounds per square foot, accommodating a wide range of diverse requirements, from multi-level booths to heavy machinery displays.

The SMX Convention Center takes pride in being a PWD (Persons with Disability) – friendly building. During construction, SMX has been audited for compliance with Republic Act 7277 or the Magna Carta for Disabled Persons, whereby all public institutions and establishments must have special provisions for persons with disabilities. SMX has designated parking spaces, ramps, mechanical lifts, passenger elevators, and designated bathrooms with the correct height for the water closet, urinal and lavatory as per United Nations standards.

Green Initiatives

A milestone in the Philippine Green Architecture movement, SMX Manila was built with environmental awareness integrated in every aspect of its execution, from floor to ceiling, from lighting and air-conditioning to waste management. Designed by Arquitectonica, it serves as not only an extraordinary convention and exhibition venue, but also a prime example of sustainable development and caring for the environment.

CONTRACT An applicant is officially considered as an exhibitor only upon submission of the duly signed Exhibitor Application Form and upon payment of the corresponding exhibition fees.
PARTICIPATION All rules and regulations mentioned in the Exhibitor Manual shall form part of the Contract of Participation.All bulletins/circulars issued by the Organizer before and during the Exhibition proper shall form part of the rules and regulations pertaining to the Exhibit. Terms and Conditions and stated in the Exhibitor Application Form.The Organizer reserves the right to carry out changes whenever deemed necessary for the over-all success of PSECE.In case of dispute in the interpretation of the herein mentioned conditions, the Organizer’s decision shall be final and binding.
 CANCELLATION All cancellations must be received in writing.No refund shall be made for the 30% reservation fee.
No refund shall be made for full booth payment if cancellations are filed after April 25, 2015.
The Organizer have the right to resell the space.
A late payment fee of 10% of the total exhibition fee will be imposed on payments made after June 06, 2015.

  • Promote the technical capabilities of non-Cebu based semiconductor and electronics companies by giving them the opportunity to promote their products and services in Cebu

  • the symposium intends to feature technical papers for Cebu-based member companies to be orally presented to the public, to showcase the electronics firms’ areas of breakthrough in manufacturing, test and assembly, R&D, new product development, quality, reliability and failure analysis


Plenary Session

  • a forum that expounds on CSECE’s main theme and gives voice to industry key professionals, subject matter experts and other representatives of the industry. The plenary session also aims to provide a collective direction and pin down stakeholders’ deliverables that would contribute to the development of the Philippine electronics industry.


Breakout Sessions

  • these are multiple breakout sessions that appeal to specific functional areas of the electronics industry professionals in the fields of finance, IT, HR, EHS, supply chain and logistics. The sessions are designed to further develop the skills and knowledge of the electronics industry experts through featured learning sessions, global benchmarking, and discussions on the latest trends and best practices in their respective fields of practice.
