Philippines’ ASEAN Chairship sets the stage for ASEAN-Integrated PSECE 2026
As the Philippines takes on the ASEAN Chairship in 2026, the stage is set for a more connected and collaborative regional semiconductor and electronics industry. ASEAN-Integrated PSECE 2026, happening on October 26–28 at the SMX Convention Center Manila, will bring together industry leaders, policymakers, investors, and stakeholders from across ASEAN and Asia to strengthen regional collaboration, foster innovation, and build resilient global value chains.
The Semiconductor and Electronics Industries in the Philippines Foundation Inc. (SEIPI) will hold the ASEAN-Integrated Philippine Semiconductor and Electronics Convention and Exhibition (PSECE) 2026 on October 26–28, 2026, at the SMX Convention Center Manila, Pasay City, Philippines.
Taking place during the Philippines’ ASEAN Chairship, PSECE 2026 will bring together manufacturers, technology providers, policymakers, researchers, educators, and industry leaders from across ASEAN and beyond to discuss the opportunities and challenges shaping the future of the semiconductor and electronics industry.
The Philippines’ premier semiconductor and electronics event is back, bigger than ever. The SEIPI Board of Trustees gathered at the SMX Exhibition Hall to officially open PSECE 2025, bringing together industry leaders and stakeholders to celebrate the strength and growth of the Philippine semiconductor and electronics industry.
This year’s convention places a stronger emphasis on regional collaboration. Through the ASEAN-Integrated PSECE platform, stakeholders from industries, government, and academe will engage in discussions on strengthening supply chains, advancing workforce development, accelerating innovation and enhancing ASEAN’s competitiveness in a rapidly evolving global environment.
A key highlight of the convention will be the ASEAN Semiconductor and Electronics Forum (ASEF) 2026, to be held on October 26 under the theme, “One ASEAN, One Semiconductor Future: Building Resilient and Sustainable Global Value Chains.”
Hosted by SEIPI as part of PSECE 2026, the summit will convene regional industry leaders, policymakers and innovators to examine ASEAN’s growing role in the global semiconductor ecosystem.
Discussions will focus on strengthening regional integration, advancing semiconductor-enabled technologies and AI-driven industries, and promoting sustainable and resilient manufacturing practices in line with the Philippine Chairship theme, “Navigating Our Future, Together.”
The event comes at a time when semiconductor and electronics manufacturing continue to play a critical role in economic growth, technological advancement, and regional integration. As companies adapt to shifting global supply chains and emerging technologies, collaboration across sectors has become increasingly important in building resilient and future-ready ecosystems.
PSECE 2026 will feature plenary discussions, technical symposiums, executive forums, networking sessions, and a comprehensive exhibition showcasing products, technologies, services, and innovations from local and international participants. Dedicated spaces for international pavilions and academe-led initiatives will further encourage knowledge exchange and partnership-building among stakeholders.

More than an annual gathering, PSECE 2026 seeks to foster conversations that can translate into concrete partnerships, policy discussions, investment opportunities and workforce initiatives that will help strengthen both the Philippines’ and ASEAN’s position in the global electronics value chain.
The SEIPI Board of Trustees, together with PEZA DG Tereso Panga and other distinguished guests, watches as Murata Boy showcases its bicycle- riding capabilities during the opening day of PSECE 2026. This year, Murata is joined by returning exhibitors and other leading players in the semiconductor and electronics industry.
As the ASEAN Chair, the Philippines is uniquely positioned to convene stakeholders around shared priorities that will shape the future of the region’s technology industries. Through PSECE 2026 and ASEF 2026, SEIPI aims to contribute to these efforts by providing a platform where different sectors can work together toward a more competitive, resilient and sustainable ASEAN semiconductor ecosystem.
