PHILIPPINE ELECTRONICS EXPORT PERFORMANCE MARCH 2026
Electronics exports climbed by 13.51% in March 2026 to US$ 5.14 billion, which is 62.93% of the US$ 8.17 billion total Philippine exports.

Electronics exports went up by 13.51% from US$ 4.53 billion in February 2026 to US$ 5.14 billion in March 2026, as shown in Fig. 1.
Exports in six (6) sectors increased as shown in Table 2. It was led by Consumer Electronics at 47.45%, from US$ 169.37 million to US$ 249.73 million, followed by Control and Instrumentation (28.20%), Office Equipment (20.37%), Semiconductor Components/Devices (15.45%), Telecommunication (10.98%), and Automotive Electronics (9.18%).
Medical/Industrial Instrumentation contracted by 26.88%, from US$ 86.75 million to US$ 63.43 million. This was followed by Electronic Data Processing (0.17%), and Communication/Radar (0.06%).
The Philippine Electronics exports rose by 30.32%, from US$ 3.94 billion in March 2025 to US$ 5.14 billion in March 2026, as shown in Fig. 2.
Exports in seven (7) sectors improved, led by Telecommunication at 80.44%, from US$ 71.87 million to US$ 129.69 million. It was followed by Consumer Electronics (73.47%), Semiconductor Components/Devices (38.25%), Communication/Radar (16.76%), Medical/Industrial Instrumentation (12.33%), Control and Instrumentation (8.70%), and Automotive Electronics (2.89%). Meanwhile, Office Equipment shrunk by 27.20%, from US$ 35.72 million to US$ 26.00 million. This was followed by Electronic Data Processing (0.77%).

Year-to-date electronics exports grew up by 22.10%, from US$ 11.44 billion in 2025 to US$ 13.97 billion in 2026, which is equivalent to 61.56% of the total Philippine exports. Please see Fig. 3.
Exports from six (6) sectors climbed from last year’s YTD figures, led by Telecommunication at 70.29%, from US$ 219.08 million to US$ 373.07 million. This was followed by Consumer Electronics (51.67%), Semiconductor Components/Devices (29.38%), and Medical/Industrial Instrumentation (22.17%), Communication/Radar (21.88%), Control and Instrumentation (8.98%). Meanwhile, Office Equipment declined by 29.56%, from US$ 110.61 million to US$ 77.92 million. This was followed by Automotive Electronics (8.00%), and Electronic Data Processing (6.55%).
COUNTRIES OF DESTINATION (MARCH 2026)
Table 1 shows the top five (5) export destinations in March 2026, namely, Hong Kong (18.53%), the USA (17.98%), China (8.60%), Taiwan (6.80%), and Singapore (6.47%).

The other destinations in the top ten were Japan (5.66%), Germany (5.40%), Malaysia (3.73%), Thailand (3.69%), and the Netherlands (3.25%).

The top exported electronics products in March 2026 are in Fig. 4. Integrated Circuits bound for Hong Kong rose by 112.10%. Meanwhile, Integrated Circuits bound for the USA declined by 18.75%. See Table 4.
