Brief Description:
They are tasked in managing and policing ethical hiring practices within the industry as well as networking venue for best known labor relation practices and information source for the industry on other labor related matters.

- ASPA shall be a recognized and respected organization of HR professionals.
- We want to become the strategic business partners of the semiconductor and electronics industry.
- We are committed to provide relevant information and pioneering HR initiatives to the member companies through effective linkage with various sectors of the country.
OBJECTIVES:
- To continue to do the high impact, high value added programs of our predecessors focused on fewer and critical priority programs.
- To review our processes to identify improvement areas aimed to further strengthen the organization.
- To continuously communicate and consult with the SEIPI leadership to ensure alignment of our programs with SEIPI's goals.
