All companies, as well as different organizations, associations and educational institutions are welcome to become a SEIPI member.
To know if the company is eligible, each of the group will be categorized being the regular, associate, affiliate and honorary members.
To join, interested groups may apply in three (3) ways:
- SEIPI Website, by easily filling the forms online.
- Download and Print the application forms to be send to the main office.
- Proceed to SEIPI Main Office and request for the application forms.
For Application Procedures, simply use the following guidelines.
- Application Forms for Regular Membership, Associate Membership and Affiliate Membership should be completed before an application can be considered.
- Submit the Application Form for Membership with all pertinent requirements:
- Letter of Intent or completed Membership Application Form
- SEC / BOC / PEZA Registration Clearance
- Environmental Clearance Certificate (for Regular and Associate Membership Applicants only)
- Company / Products Brochure
- Later Financial Statement
- Product Sample (Optional)

Upon submission, the Application Form will be submitted to the members of SEIPI’s Membership Committee for evaluation and approval.
- Upon acceptance of the Membership Committee, this shall be forwarded to the Board for final and formal approval. Submission of accepted applicants to the Board shall be done on a monthly basis.
- A Formal Letter of Acceptance shall be sent to the applicant together with an Official Invoice of Membership Due, SEIPI Membership Agreement and a list of additional requirements, when necessary.
- The applicant must submit payment of Membership Dues and all other requirements to become a full-pledged member of SEIPI.
- All companies accepted for membership to SEIPI are expected to uphold the integrity of the association and to comply with all the rules and regulations of SEIPI. Non-compliance with any of the rules and regulations set by SEIPI may be grounds for suspension of membership.
Membership Committee
It is chaired by a member of the SEIPI Board and is composed of CEOs / GMs / Presidents from the General Membership. The processing of applications may take one (1) to two (2) weeks.

For Membership Dues, there are specific and allotted dues for each classification of membership.
- REGULAR MEMBERSHIP DUES, An initial joining fee of PhP 20,000 is required. Annual Regular Membership Dues are based on the number of employees, either permanent or contractual basis.
- Less than 250 people = PhP 30,000 per year
- 250 to 499 people = PhP 60,000 per year
- 500 to 999 people = PhP 90,000 per year
- 1,000 to 1,999 people = PhP 120,000 per year
- 2,000 and above = PhP 150,000 per year

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP DUES, An initial joining fee of PhP 20,000 is required. Annual Associate Membership Dues are based on Gross Revenues.
- Less than PhP 50 Million = PhP 30,000 per year
- PhP 50 Million to PhP 100 Million = PhP 60,000 per year
- Above PhP 100 Million = PhP 90,000 per year
- AFFILIATE MEMBERSHIP DUES, An initial joining fee of PhP 5,000 is required. An Affiliate Membership Fee is set at PhP 15,000. For educational institutions, Membership Dues are waived.
For Payment, for Regular and Associate Members, payment must be completed every last quarters of the month per year while Affiliate Members may pay upon joining or before the year applied ends and checks should be made payable to:
