MEMBERSHIP INFO

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

1. Application Form for Membership should be completed before an application can be considered.
2. Submit the Application Form for Membership with all pertinent requirements:
2.1 Letter of Intent and/or completed SEIPI Membership Application Form.
2.2 SEC/BOC/PEZA Registration Clearance
2.3 Environmental Clearance Certificate (for Regular and Associate Membership Applicants)
2.4 Company/Product Brochure
2.5 Latest Financial Statement
2.6 Product Sample (Optional)
3. Upon submission, the Application Form will be submitted to the members of SEIPI’s Membership Committee for evaluation and approval. (The Membership Committee is chaired by a member of the SEIPI Board and is composed of CEOs/GMs/Presidents from the General Membership. This process can take 1 to 2 weeks.
4. Upon acceptance of the Membership Committee, this shall be forwarded to the Board for final and formal
approval. Submission of accepted applicants to the Board shall be done on a monthly basis.
5. A Formal Letter of Acceptance shall be sent to the applicant together with an Official Invoice of Membership Dues and a list of additional requirements, when necessary.
6. The applicant must submit payment of Membership Dues and all other requirements to become a
full-pledged member of SEIPI.
7. All companies accepted for membership to SEIPI are expected to uphold the integrity of the
association and to comply with all the rules and regulations of SEIPI. Non-compliance with any of the rules and regulations set by SEIPI may be grounds for suspension of membership.

MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY

REGULAR MEMBERSHIP
1. Companies engaged in the manufacture/assembly of semiconductor/electronics products.
2. Suppliers of direct /indirect materials specific to the semiconductor and electronics industry with manufacturing facilities in the Philippines.

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP
1. Companies engaged in the distribution/supply of indirect materials, machinery, equipment and services for the semiconductor and electronics industry without manufacturing facilities in the Philipines. (Importers. Distributors, Representative Offices.
2. Logistics Providers.
3. Business & Financial Services Companies with established links with the semiconductor and electronics Industry.
4. Industrial Services Companies with established links with the semiconductor & electronics industry.

AFFILIATE MEMBERSHIP
1. Industry organizations or associations that have direct relation to the electronics industry.
2. Educational institutions with active programs on engineering and ICT.

HONORARY MEMBERSHIP
Retired or foreigh-based CEOs previously connected with SEIPI Member firms. Approval of the Board of Directors is required.

MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY

REGULAR MEMBERSHIP DUES
An initial Joining Fee of PhP 20,000 is required. Annual Regular Membership Dues are based on the number of employees (permanent and contractual).

Less than 250 people = PhP 30,000 per year
250 to 499 people = PhP 60,000 per year
500 to 999 people = PhP 90,000 per year
1,000 to 1,999 people = PhP 120,000 per year
2,000 and above = PhP 150,000 per year

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP DUES
An initial Joining Fee of PhP 20,000 is required. Annual Associate Membership Dues are based on Gross Revenues.

Less than PhP 50 million = PhP 30,000 per year
PhP 50 million to PhP 100 million = PhP 60,000 per year
Above PhP 100 million = PhP 90,000 per year

AFFILIATE MEMBERSHIP DUES
An initial joining fee of PhP 5,000 is required. An Affiliate membership fee is set at PhP 15,000. For Educational Institutions, Membership Dues are waived.
